Newborns have random sleeping patterns and take time to get into a nap and night-time routine. There are *oh so many questions* about what are considered normal age-appropriate sleeping habits and what changes occur as your little one grows.
This LIVE ONLINE workshop is delivered by our expert sleep coach Becky Gingell who will help parents-to-be and new parents understand WHAT TO EXPECT when it comes to their baby's sleep habits in the first 6 months.

Becky Gingell is married and a mother of 2 children. She is a qualified Humanistic and Integrative counsellor, play therapist, sleep coach and parent coach. She has been working with children of diverse ages and in different settings for the past 22 years.
She is currently working as a school counsellor in an independent school with children ages 5 to 11 where she is also working on an emotional literacy and growth mindset program empowering the children to develop more resilience. Apart from running parent coaching courses, Becky also pioneered sleep coaching on the island. She runs personalised sleep coaching sessions aiding parents to coach their babies and toddlers to get better nights. Her core belief and practice is to love and treat every child that she works with directly or indirectly as though they were her own. She believes that the adults in every child’s life have the power and potential to transform a child.
Through the Sleep Baby, Sleep workshops, Becky will help new parents and parents-to-be understand infant and toddler sleep, have age-appropriate expectations, and promote healthy sleep habits.
