• A counsellor-led discussion focusing on common concerns faced by dads-to be, and the challenges to the couple's relationship & intimacy during pregnancy and after birth.
• A midwife-led discussion on how to be involved during pregnancy, labour & delivery and the postpartum period.
• Coffee break
• Two hands-on stations facilitated by our midwives - practice bathing and dressing a baby, learn about the basics of safe sleeping & swaddling, and the technicalities of carseats & slings. This is your chance to ask the midwives ANYTHING!
