WOMEN'S HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Audrey Galea Souchet is a physiotherapist who furthered her studies in the field of Women’s and Men’s health. She undertook her training with POGP (Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy) where she obtained various certificates relating to the assessment and treatment of pelvic disorders.

She has also trained as a Pre- and Post-Menopause practitioner and a Pilates instructor.

Audrey works closely with women in the pregnancy and postpartum period who need specialised physiotherapy for musculoskeletal issues such as back or pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti, painful or tight scars, incontinence and pain with intercourse. She also advises on exercise during and after pregnancy.

Audrey believes that empowering the client to take an active part in managing their condition is essential to achieving optimal health during and after pregnancy.

Fee: 

30 Minute In Person Session - €41

Audrey is available for consultations at the MyMama Hub on alternating Mondays between 15.00 - 18.00 CET.

1. Click on the booking tab on the right and choose an appointment that suits you. An email with the details of your booked service (including the Google Meet link in the case of online consultations) will be sent.
2. You will be taken to CHECKOUT PAGE where you can settle the fee securely via Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. An email will be sent confirming payment. We will send you email/SMS reminders prior to your appointment.
3. When it's time for your online consultation, click on the Google Meet link to start the meeting. For home-based sessions, your midwife will meet you at the agreed time. For sessions at the MyMama hub, please be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment.
