The Prenatal Pilates Programme energises you with dynamic, functional workouts designed to build strength, stability, and body awareness. Combining pilates principles with pelvic health techniques, each session focuses on activating deep core muscles to help prevent or improve diastasis recti and reduce incontinence symptoms.
Alongside strengthening exercises, the programme includes targeted stretches to ease back pain, sciatica, and body stiffness - promoting comfort and mobility as your pregnancy progresses. Whether you’re new to pilates or continuing your fitness journey, this holistic approach supports both your physical well-being and emotional balance.
Recommended from 12 weeks gestation onwards, sessions are led by Danica, a qualified midwife and APPI-certified prenatal & postnatal pilates instructor.
Prenatal pilates sessions are available weekly at the MyMama Hub from January 2026 and can be booked via the link below.

BOOK A CLASSt-i-n-k Sensory
Give your baby the perfect start with t-i-n-k's baby sensory classes - a beautiful, nurturing experience designed especially for little ones aged 0 to 6 months.
These classes are delivered by speech & language therapist and early-years expert Christina Gauchi, and provide gentle, age-appropriate activities that stimulate your baby’s senses, helping support brain development, curiosity, and early communication.
Each session includes a variety of sensory-rich experiences - soft lights and gentle music for auditory and visual stimulation, textured play for touch exploration, soothing scents, and simple movement games that promote body awareness and bonding.
You’ll learn how everyday play can strengthen your baby’s sensory processing, coordination, and emotional connection with you.
Each t-i-n-k program consists of 10 sessions + one free session. Sessions are held on Mondays at 10am at the MyMama hub in Naxxar and last one hour.
