Becoming a grandparent is one of life’s most joyful milestones. It also comes with a quiet realisation - this new role is very different to parenthood!
This course is designed to help grandparents and grandparents-to-be feel confident, informed and ready to support the growing family around them.
At MyMama we believe grandparents play a powerful role in helping new parents feel supported. By understanding current guidelines, refreshing practical skills and learning how best to offer emotional support, grandparents can become one of the most valuable sources of calm and reassurance during pregnancy and the early months with a baby.
Blending updated knowledge with the wisdom that comes from experience, this course helps nannas and nannus support their children and grandchildren with confidence.
