From the earliest memories, Daniela’s passion has been collaborating closely with others, focusing on the interpersonal dynamics that facilitate personal growth. Beginning as a young volunteer, she embarked on a journey in youth and community work, dedicating years to enriching the lives of children and adolescents. The birth of her first child ignited a desire to delve deeper into the realm of parenting, prompting her to support families in fostering genuine connections and quality time together. Drawing from her studies in Gestalt
Psychotherapy, Coaching, and Mindfulness, she expanded her practice to encompass various aspects of adult development, seamlessly integrating these learned skills into her interactions with clients.

Daniela earned her Bachelor of Arts in Youth and Community Studies followed by a Master of Arts from the University of Malta. Holding a warrant as a psychotherapist and membership in the Malta Association of Psychotherapists, she is also certified as a Life and Parent Coach (Coaching Academy, UK), Reality Therapy Certified (William Glasser Institute, UK), and Mindfulness Educator (EFT and Mindfulness Centre).

Beyond her professional pursuits, Daniela embraces the joys of life wholeheartedly. As a wife, mother, and devoted dog-mum, she finds fulfilment in nurturing her relationships. Her love for travel and the outdoors is only rivaled by her appreciation for the comfort of home ‚ÄĒ a sanctuary she cherishes deeply. Known for her affection for hugs, fondness for meaningful quotes, passion for journaling, and penchant for organizing spaces and time, Daniela embodies a zest for life that is truly infectious.

How can a MINDFULNESS COURSE support you and your child?

This specialised mindfulness course for parents and children is designed to equip both with specific skills and techniques to enhance their well-being.

This course offers structured learning experiences aimed at fostering personal growth, resilience, and stronger parent-child connections. Ideally, this course is attended in person to maximize the benefits of interactive and hands-on activities.

This mindfulness course includes 6 sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours - a structure that provides a comprehensive introduction to mindfulness for both parents and children, allowing them to build their skills together and integrate mindfulness practices into their daily lives.
