SENIOR MIDWIFE, PRENATAL & POSTNATAL PILATES INSTRUCTOR 

Danica is a dedicated senior midwife based at Mater Dei Hospital. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Midwifery in 2016 and has been supporting women through their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journeys ever since.

In 2018, Danica expanded her passion for women’s health by becoming a certified Pilates instructor, specialising in prenatal and postnatal physical exercise. For her, combining midwifery with movement was a natural and seamless progression.

Danica feels honoured to have the opportunity everyday to educate, inspire, and empower expectant and new mums. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help women feel strong, supported, and graceful through every stage of motherhood.

Beyond her work, Danica cherishes her role as a wife and mother to a young daughter - a constant reminder of the strength and grace she aims to foster in every woman she supports.

At MyMama, Danica is available for one-to-one midwife services for expectant and new parents, and as of January 2026 she will be offering prenatal and postnatal pilates classes at the MyMama hub in Naxxar.

1. Click on the booking tab on the right and choose an appointment that suits you. An email with the details of your booked service (including the Google Meet link in the case of online consultations) will be sent.
2. You will be taken to CHECKOUT PAGE where you can settle the fee securely via Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. An email will be sent confirming payment. We will send you email/SMS reminders prior to your appointment.
3. When it's time for your online consultation, click on the Google Meet link to start the meeting. For home-based sessions, your booked professional will meet you at the agreed time. For sessions at the MyMama hub, please be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment.
