MIDWIFE & LACTATION CONSULTANT
Giselle Curmi is a highly experienced midwife, with a strong focus on lactation consultancy. She graduated from the University of Malta in 1994 and has spent the last 12 years working as a senior midwife at the Breastfeeding Clinic in Mater Dei Hospital in Malta. Throughout her career, Giselle has worked in various midwifery settings, mainly in the delivery suite, where she developed a passion for supporting new parents and their families.
Giselle's dedication to supporting new parents has led her to further her studies and become a certified lactation consultant. She obtained her certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in 2015. This certification has enhanced her role at the specialized unit, and she has become a valuable asset to the team.
Giselle understands the challenges of motherhood and strives to provide guidance and support to new parents to help them achieve their breastfeeding goals. Her focus on lactation consultancy has been developed through her experiences as a midwife and as a mother herself. She is dedicated to helping new parents navigate the challenges of breastfeeding and is passionate about providing support and guidance throughout their journey. Her expertise and compassionate approach make her an excellent choice for anyone seeking breastfeeding support.

- Click on the booking tab on the right and choose an appointment that suits you. An email with the details of your booked service (including the Google Meet link in the case of online consultations) will be sent.
- You will be taken to CHECKOUT PAGE where you can settle the fee securely via Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. An email will be sent confirming payment. We will send you email/SMS reminders prior to your appointment.
- When it's time for your online consultation, click on the Google Meet link to start the meeting. For home-based sessions, your midwife will meet you at the agreed time. For sessions at the MyMama hub, please be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment.
