DOULA 

 

Chiara Cortesi is a certified doula, professional educator and child-carer who has been living in Malta with her husband and kids since 2015.

She has worked with children and vulnerable families in her home country, Italy, and in Rwanda and Burundi. Following the birth of her daughter she focused her studies on pregnancy, childbirth, lactation and the first months with baby, eventually attaining certification as a doula as well as a fertility, pregnancy and postpartum massage doula. Her services to women offer support throughout their journey to motherhood and her aim as a doula is to make each woman's motherhood experience, from pregnancy to baby's first year of life, the best one possible.

Chiara offers her signature aromatherapy prenatal and postnatal massages at the MyMama Hub in Naxxar. Chiara is equally fluent in both English and Italian, so you can communicate with your doula in either language.
