Xanthe’ Schembri is a Psychotherapist who, through her work, supports clients along their life journey and difficulties they experience.
After obtaining an Honours degree in Psychology, Xanthe' furthered her studies by reading for a Master of Arts in Psychotherapy and soon after, attaining a second Master of Arts in Social Policy. During her time in training and through previous jobs, Xanthe’ worked closely with adults, youngsters and children, empowering them to lead an independent and an informed lifestyle to face difficulties and rise up to the challenges that they experienced such as depression, anxiety, mental health, self-esteem and shame issues, peer or family relationships among other issues.
Xanthe' works with clients going through life transitions, experiencing relationship difficulties, and mind-body wellbeing issues particularly related to parenting stress and general burnout.
Xanthe’ is known for her humble approach, bubbly character and for taking the extra mile for others. She has a deep love for animals, adventure and travelling, and enjoys sharing laughter, dreams and sunsets with her family and friends.
Xanthe' offers her services to parents-to-be, parents and caregivers both online as well as in person at the MyMama Hub.

- Click on the booking tab on the right and choose an appointment that suits you. An email with the details of your booked session (including the Google Meet link in the case of online consultations) will be sent.
- You will be taken to CHECKOUT PAGE where you can settle the fee securely via Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. An email will be sent confirming payment. We will send you email/SMS reminders prior to your appointment.
- When it's time for your online consultation, click on the Google Meet link to start the meeting. For sessions at the MyMama hub, please be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment.
