One introductory 30 min one-to-one session with Adrienn either online or face-to-face at her studio. She will check if you have diastasis recti, explain the most important principles on how to exercise safely and you will learn a few basic exercises which you can practice any time at home.
You can then join an UNLIMITED NUMBER of LIVE online group yoga sessions every week for the rest of the month.
LIVE online postnatal sessions run on MONDAYS 18:30 - 19:00 / TUESDAYS 9:00- 9.30 / WEDNESDAYS 18:00 - 18:30 / THURSDAYS 9:00 - 9.30 / longer session on SATURDAYS 8:00 - 9:00.
Access to a private page on MyMama's platform where you will find a number of recorded sessions that you can use in between the live sessions.
